John is a Licensed Geologist with over 30 years of experience in waterfront cleanup and redevelopment projects across the Pacific Northwest. Specializing in contaminated sediment, soil, and groundwater remediation, maintenance dredging, and habitat restoration, he delivers cost-effective, environmentally sound solutions for Ports and private-sector clients.
John’s expertise spans strategy development, project management, agency negotiations, dredged material characterization, cleanup studies, remedial design, construction, and long-term monitoring for offshore and upland initiatives. His leadership has driven many high-impact projects throughout the Pacific Northwest to clean up and restore vital waterfronts for economic and community use.
With a blend of creativity, strategic vision, collaboration, and technical precision, John delivers sustainable outcomes that empower clients to achieve their goals.
