Adia is a professional engineer registered in Washington who has been working in the environmental industry since 2018. Adia specializes in stormwater compliance and construction management. She has worked on multiple projects as design engineer and project manager and has played a key role in remediation and construction projects. She has experience with compliance support activities including industrial stormwater management and stormwater system design, treatment system operation and maintenance, and regulatory program management and implementation. Adia has experience working directly with regulators and navigating stormwater regulatory frameworks in both Washington and Oregon. She also routinely performs environmental permitting, cost estimating, preparation of plans and specifications for construction bidding, and contractor management through construction completion.
