Mr. Louviere is a professional engineer with over eight years of experience conducting fieldwork, overseeing, designing, and managing environmental remediation projects. He is experienced with oversight of field staff and contractors for multi-media sampling, field data collection, remediation, construction, treatment, and system operation and maintenance. He has led the design of contaminated soil remediation, soil vapor extraction pilot studies and systems, and air sparge systems and has been involved with the design of an extensive dredge water treatment system. Project regulatory frameworks include MTCA, CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, PSCAA, and Washington State dangerous waste regulations.
