DOF manages cleanup projects involving innovative investigation approaches and methods while performing the necessary work of developing and implementing work plans; sampling of soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water, soil gas, indoor and outdoor air, and building materials; negotiating cleanup actions; permitting; assisting in preparation of plans and specifications; managing/documenting remedial construction; and long term monitoring. We manage projects under both EPA and Ecology lead, and are experienced working through permitting with local agencies in the Pacific Northwest. Our work routinely includes technical analysis as well as overall project management, long‐term cost estimation, and strategy development for remediation.
